Speaking up can feel scary AF. Share as much or as little as you want. It’s ok to just show up and listen.

Maintain confidentiality
Respect others privacy and do not share confidential or sensitive information outside of the group.

Take what you need, help if you can
If you have time, skills, connections, or information that can help others, share openly with the community.
